Who is Neil Mallinson?
I am a fitness professional with over 20 years experience in the industry. 
I have dedicated my life to physical and mental fitness. Through the gifts that God has given me, I have been blessed to help others reach their fitness potential.

Where can I find Neil?
 I train at an amazing gym in Southern California named Cardiffit.  This is a no nonsense, no frills facility that motivates people to get in shape, no excuses!
- In your home.   I can bring my professional experience and expertise to your home. 
- The great outdoors- I have taught boot camp classes in Solana Beach for the last 6 years.  I am blessed to live in beautiful San Diego! 

Who do I train?
My clients range from a 9 year old (Jack) basketball player looking to build strength and speed to my 72 year old (Bill) man looking to rehabilitate from surgery and play golf again. 
- 44 year old female ex-olympic level heptathlete.
- 10 and 13 year old female tennis players.
- 45 year old male nurse looking to stay motivated and fit.
-  75 year old grandmother of 15!

- I am dedicated to my profession.  I put all my focus, knowledge and experience into my sessions while making them fun, challenging and effective.
