Design and deliver individualized fitness programs to a wide variety of clients ranging from youth athletes to the senior population. Organize, schedule and deliver all services to a wide variety of clientele in San Diego County.
Teach and present exercise workshops domestically and internationally. Tailor each workshop to accommodate the needs of the trainers at the facility. Equipment includes the GTS, TRX, swiss balls, agility ladder, BOSU balls, jump ropes, cones, body weight. Taught a personally designed course in Tokyo, Japan in July 2006.

Service members (4000 member base) on all equipment, while designing and implementing programs for approximately 40 clients. Certify Club One trainers in Gravity Personal Training.
Design a kid's program for kids age 6 to 15 on a weekly basis.

Representative/Presenter /Master Trainer EFI Sports Medicine
Responsible for promoting the Gravity Training System for EFI Sports Medicine to attendees at fitness conventions in the US and internationally. Teach Gravity Personal Training and Gravity Group to customers. Featured master trainer for Gravity Clubhouse website. Fitness model for companies literature and video marketing.

Conditioning Coach/Assistant Coach
Responsible for training and conditioning all players for season competition. Weight room instruction, plyometrics, explosiveness, agility, and conditioning. Team performed well qualifying for the regional finals for the first time in 8 years.

Design, implement, and maintain individualized fitness programs for 20-25 clients in health club setting. Training includes postural assessment, medical/injury screening, strength and cardiovascular testing. Faculty Instructor
Present and teach company training and development curriculum to new fitness staff from 16 clubs (Foundations of Personal Training and Advanced Training Systems). Coursework included: Anatomy and Physiology, Biomechanics, Energy Systems, Advanced Assessment Training, health screening, fitness testing, “Optimal Experience” customer service, and marketing skills. Responsible for evaluating and testing fitness staff in all areas of the course.

Responsible for daily operations, payroll, maintenance, hiring and developing new staff. Entered all payroll using club software programs. Managed club personal training sales ($20,000 monthly average). Organize and present for staff meetings. Represented company at national conventions.
